Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers very big rooms with really comfortable beds. However, they face the road, making it somewhat noisy due to the busy main road. The decor is tired and drab with no view at all. The bathroom is very poor, and the faulty air conditioning unit adds to the discomfort with its loud noise and signs of damp damage.
The hotel room was beautiful and very comfy, but it was very hot and onto shrubs which prevented natural light, leaving the room very dark. The service was a mix of friendly and helpful interactions at reception and in the dining room, yet there were instances of noise from outside late at night. The location was easy to find and access the rest of Omagh, with friendly staff, but the value for money may not deliver high expectations. The dining experience offered a great variety and delicious dishes, but some items were disappointing like sponges full of grease. Overall, a comfortable stay with a mix of positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were warm and cozy, although the traffic noise outside affected my sleep a bit. The service was top-notch with friendly and attentive staff. The location was convenient for exploring Omagh, but I found it a little cold in ambiance. The dining experience was really tasty, though the layout was a bit awkward. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable, adding to a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was perfect for the plans we had, but the rooms were very basic and need refurbishment. The service was extremely helpful, but there were some dining disappointments. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
